How to do Power of Powers Meditation: You can meditate anywhere – in your home, in nature, or even at work. 1) Sit or lie down in a comfortable position. 2)Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths. 3)inhale deeply through your nose and exhale slowly through your mouth. 4) Focus on your breath and allow your mind to quiet. 5)When thoughts arise, simply observe them without judgment and let them go. 6)If your mind begins to wander, that’s okay. Just gently bring your attention back to your breath. 7)Continue focusing on your breath until you reach a state of deep relaxation.
